In order to view your previous orders, simply logout from your account and follow the steps below:

1. Click on “Help” tab. Go to the Order Page.
2. Click on Orders tab.
3. Enter your phone number used for placing your order. Click Submit.
4. Enter OTP received on your phone.
5. Select the order which you would like to view by clicking on the ‘View Order’.
6. If the order is not delivered yet, you can choose to ‘Cancel Order’. If the order is delivered, you can choose to Return/Exchange your order within a period of 30 days.
